…For Dance and Color Guard Students/Performers
Breaking It Down: Discovering Your Personal Performance Style
This one-on-one service focuses on assisting dancers with exploring, discovering, and understanding their personal movement style and applying this new knowledge to improve in their performances, choreography, and daily dance classes. Dancers will be guided through several improvisation exercises and deep reflection to discover their personal style. Once they are guided through these activities, the dancer will work through a variety of movement skills as well as choreography to gain a deeper understanding of their personal style. Dancers will also receive guidance on how their personal style can support their personal goals and accomplishments. This service consists of three 45 minute sessions and is best for ages 14 and up.
Price: $100 for 3 sessions

Breaking It Down: Mini- Session
This one-on-one service is a shorter version of the full “Breaking It Down” service (listed above) and consists of one 45-minute session. This service will briefly guide the dancer through discovering their personal movement patterns and how understanding their movement patterns can assist them with various types of choreography and their daily dance classes.
Price: $40 per session
